"Have no complaints at all. I went in to buy a leather jacket and they had the 09 Triumph Collection before anyone else. I bought the Lennox Jacket and the sales lady was very helpful with the fitting of the jacket. She also helped my wife find a great looking t-shirt. As a side note, I recently had some rejetting done by a dealer in Findlay and he asked Joe for his opinion. Because of this I had a Dynojet Kit installed and was talked out of having the restrictor removed. The sound and performance of my 08 Bonneville T100 is great! I look forward to having any sales or service done by Joe's Cycle Shop in the future!"

"Best all around buying experience I have ever had. Very friendly and very helpful staff, but not pushy at all.Had bike in for 600 mile check and it was ready when they said it would be. In a world where most motorcycle dealers act like they are doing you a favor when ordering a part or working on your bike, Joe's really seems to want to keep you as a long term customer and they don't forget you the minute you drive off on your new bike. Other than that all I can say is I bought a Triumph Tiger and it may very well be the best all around bike I have ever had."

You guys are the best. I was travelling through Ohio and had a service issue with my Triumph Tiger. Joey was super friendly and helpful and helped me schedule a service appointment. As it turned out it was just some bad gas. I stopped through to the dealership on my trip home and had a wonderful conversation with Joey. I was treated like I had been a long term customer who had just bought a bike. Joey even sent me a free T-Shirt!! Joe was kind enough to recommend that I see the National Air Force Museum which was awesome and Joey directed me to a great restaurant. They are the kind of dealership that I think all should aspire to be. Their service and friendliness were above and beyond what you would expect which made my trip even more enjoyable. "I recently bought my first motorcycle from Joe’s Cycle Shop in Dayton, Ohio (07 Yamaha Virago 250). I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. The employees were very helpful and did not come across as used car salesman. This was a fresh change.
I was able to negotiate a reasonable price with the owner in order to ride the bike home that day. I am happy with the purchase and plan to return there next summer to upgrade to something a bit bigger.

"I have purchased three new Star motor cycles from Joe's over a period of three years. Two V-Star 650's and one Road Star. I checked arround at the "big" dealers and all were price hundreds higher than Joe's. The service is great and everytime I'm am in the store I am treated like family and not just another customer. Joey and the crew are wonderful people and we all know you can buy your bike anywhere, but you also need to remember the service and treatment after the sale and Joe's is after-sale service and treatment is just great. I wouldn't buy anywhere else........"
